Disaster in Meeting Case Study Deadline

Hi. I am currently having one of the worst dilemmas a student nurse can have. I was given one month to finish a case study about an ortho patient and when 3weeks lapsed and I was almost done with the study, my case study adviser announced that he'll be leaving for USA a week from now so I must find another adviser for my case. In short, my ortho work is now null and void and I am assigned to my new patient in the medical ward with this diagnoses: 1.) CAP moderate risk 2.) Urolithiasis

Here's the catch, I am supposed to submit my 1st draft 3days from now instead of the one month allowance because its almost the end of the sem and i have to do double time. I need really quick net references or if possible, a similar case study to guide me with this. I need it badly. :cry::cry::stone
