Director of Nursing ALF LPN Pay

Anyone have any idea how much a Director of Nurses makes at an ALF? I live in TN and have an interview soon but I don't want to mess it up by asking too much! I have great experience but this would be my first DON position. The company is very interested in me! Thank you

Never worked at a facility with a LPN DON, but many with LPN ADONs. At the place I work at now, our ADON is an LPN. We have three other sister facilities each with the same setup ( the ADON's are all LPN's as are all the nursing staff). Then a DON responsible for two facilities each. Not sure what the pay rate for an LPN DON position is. But good luck to you!
