I'm in the same boat! My undergrad is in History (thought I wanted to teach) and my M.S. is in training/instructional design. I'm debating between a BSN program (traditional or accelerated) and a DE MSN program. The DE MSN program is the first in the area and starts next July. But without any previous grads, it's hard to determine its marketability in the area!

Hey all,
I'm considering entering a DE MSN program, but am wondering about job prospects in hospitals and if it would be better for me to get my BSN instead. Any advice? I have no problem(would actually prefer) to work as a staff nurse for a few years, but am thinking about getting my MSN right away because I would eventually like to teach. For those of you who have graduated from DE MSN programs, how have your job prospects been/where are you working?
Thanks!
