Dignity Health SoCal New Grad Residency Mar 2026

Published

Hi all, did anyone apply to Dignity Health residency? they opened apps for St Mary's Long Beach, California Hospital LA, and Glendale Memorial. I just noticed today on Google and checked the career search but unfortunately it seems they closed the apps as they reached limit.

I applied to St. John's Regional and Camarillo. I received an email for an interview today for the Tele unit. Interviews aren't until February, so there is still time.

Has anyone heard from Northridge for the ICU specifically? I know offers for ER have gone out already.

Congrats on the interview.... May I ask if you have BSN/MSN and nursing experience in acute care ?

Thank you! I just graduated last week, ADN, no experience. BUT, my specific program did panel mock interviews before graduation, and one of the people on the panel is the director of the ICU at St. John's Camarillo. I gave her my resume during the mock interview and she reached out to me afterwards. She said she was impressed with my responses and encouraged me to apply. I did and I truly believe that is the ONLY reason I got an interview.

I got an interview for California. Did anyone else get one too?

Which region in California did you get an interview?

How did they reach out to you?

Has anyone else heard from St. Johns in Oxnard yet?

San Bernardino is sending  forms to fill out to possibly get an in person interview.

What do the forms say? I got a form to fill out when I applied at St. John's and it was just asking questions on why I chose nursing and to rank my preferred units but they sent this to me like 30 minutes after applying.

The form asked those questions and other things like if you have a date to take boards or if you have a license, if you did clinical rotations at that facility, describe your vision/ plan for your nursing career etc.

after filling this form, a few days later some friends got an invite for an in person interview , starting January 12, 2026.
friends say that if you receive the form to fill out, you most likely get an interview.

anyone heard back from glendale?

Hello! I just got an interview for DOU/tele float for Oxnard/Cam. Has anyone heard back about ER interviews?

Hey! Congrats and good luck on your interview! I'm still going to continue to have faith that I'll get invited as well. Was your first choice tele? Mine was L&D and tele was my second option. My friend got an invite for the ER yesterday!
