I would follow the path of:
Talking to a nursing adviser from your school. They should be able to clarify any questions on how long your ATT was good, and how to obtain another one due to circumstances.
Then I would talk to your licensing board. Tell them your situation and see what they say!
When I have a situation where I am not sure who to talk to I call the general number, and just prepare myself to explain a situation over and over until everyone from the info lady to the head Dean/BON knows my story until I get an answer!
Best of luck! I definitely think after all your work you should reap the benefits of work!

Greetings,
I graduated LVN-RN program in May 08' and never registered to take the NCLEX. After a hurricane and a move I just lost touch with nursing while doing other work. I also let my LVN lapse as well...
Anyway, I was wondering if I just waiting to long to attempt to even look into becoming a nurse at this point. It would be a shame but I guess I shouldve stayed on top of things. Anyone have any knowledge on this subject?
Thanks
