It should say, "Congratulations, you passed the skills," online as well, and it will list each skill and say pass or fail next to it. If you fail or make any mistakes on any skill, there will be an "Item Feedback" link, and when you click on it a comments section will say what you did wrong. I had a friend who failed, and I passed, so I have seen what both pages look like on Prometric. Hers took almost 48hrs to update.
Mine was updated in less than 24hrs, and I took the exam on a Thursday. This was years ago though. Maybe Prometric changed by now. You can always call them.

Hi, I took my CNA exam on Thursday, May 11th. I got the score back from my written exam and I was shown passing results right away! However, I don't know how to view the score of how I did on the skills part! I live in New York and we use Prometric. I check the nurses registry almost twenty times a day but it says "not found" when I search my name. Does the website not update often (as it's barely been two whole days) or do I have to go another route to check if I passed or not?
Waiting is terrible
