Dialysis RN salary in Baltimore MD

Hi all,

I was hoping to get some insight on pay for dialysis RN in Baltimore, MD. I am currently in TX and am just trying to figure out what I should expect as far as pay goes. I’ve been in dialysis for 4 years and a charge nurse for the past 2. I know there is a big pay scale difference between MD and TX, I want to know a ballpark figure I should expect.

I hope you do get some responses! I am moving from California and so far in my conversations with nursing recruiters at two of the largest hospitals, I find myself grossly disappointed in the wage scale. I am not sure why nurses at these locations have not unionized, they deserve a much greater wage than what they receive now! 

Please Baltimore nurses, chime in! Would love to hear some persepctive.

I cannot answer about Baltimore. You might try the general nursing area and catch more responses that way. This subforum gets less traffic and you may not get the answer you are looking for.
