Desperate Need of Help

Published

I seriously need help here is the short version of my dilemma. I went away to college in a different state my original major was Business Administration but I decided I wanted to change my major to Nursing so the next semester I did. My 1st semester in college I did ok my 2nd semester I failed every class I had except health I was dealing with some serious situations. My 3rd semester at the school I did ok. Shortly after I changed my major to nursing I found out the school didn't really have a nursing program they had a agreement with a different school called a 2by2. I failed biology twice my 2nd and 3rd semester dealing with a lot of problems. Few weeks after midterms they sent around emails saying that they were getting rid of the nursing discipline all together. Now that I'm free from all my previous problems I'm really trying to finish school I want to become a Nurse Practitioner and open up my own nursing home. I'm not sure what my next move should be but I want to transfer back to a university in my state called University of Michigan. I decided to come back home and now I start classes at a community college next week and I'm taking biology again I am determined to pass. My classes are in the morning and in the evening I'm about to start my CNA training. Am I on the right track or should I be doing something else? I really need help....

I'd say you're on the right track. Its obvious you are determined to get it done, so get it done. Don't focus on what was, but focus on what is in the present. :)

It sounds like your are making a good start to a new begining. Somtimes when your are in a sticky situation it is easier just to start over and it sounds like life has given you that opportunity. Just take a deep breath, relax, and enjoy this new adventure! Good luck!!
