Can ANYONE help me? I am a mother of two amazing little boys (age 3 and 5) and I am so desperate to be able to stay at home with them full-time, but due to finances I still need to work. I would LOVE to be able to use my nursing degree (BSN with 5 years of experience). Is there any tips on finding this kind of "dream job" every time I try to find something on the internet, it circles me around and isn't showing a true stay at home job. PLEASE HELP!

I can understand your frustration. BUT - keep in mind that those 'work from home' jobs are highly structured with lots of virtual supervision & challenging productivity targets that a company maintains in order to make up for the lack of ability to provide physical oversight. You would not be able to take care of children and work at the same time if that's what your goal is. Have you considered working PRN with a home care agency - limiting your working hours to times when you have alternative child care arrangements?
