deferred sentence

I was charged in 2010 for possession of child Mediaography, after a lengthy legal battle I proved that it was accidental and the charge was dismissed and expunged. during this time I was also charged with illegal use of computer/downloading music illegally via limewire. my question is, what are the chances of me being able to sit for the NCLEX? I know I have to ask the board, but they wont give me any concrete answers, so I am turning to you all to help try to clear it up a little bit. I am currently in school, and only have about a year left, I just want to make sure I am not wasting my time and money by continuing my nursing education. any and all responses are appreciated. I am in Oklahoma. And I received a 2 year deferred sentence that will end in feb 2016
