I'm trying to write my letter describing a dismissed Class A theft conviction. I need to complete the declaratory order to get into my nursing school. I actually don't know if I should describe everything that happened. I was reading on the forums that someone just listed their charges and the date with a few sentences as to why they were charged with that conviction and received back an approval. On another forum describing the same matter, they said to be as honest as possible and to be thorough and show remorse about the situation when writing the letter. Another thing they said was that the BON actually does a whole investigation like looking at the police reports etc. Is this true?
I'm actually nervous about the whole process and just need clarification on how to write it. I don't want to mess up and get denied because I didn't do it correctly or not describing anything.
