Hi. I was wanting to find out if any one that applied for the Oct. 2006 program with Deaconess College of Nursing if anyone has been accepted yet. I'm just waiting to see if I have been accepted yet or not. The waiting seems like forever. Thanks, Carolyn :uhoh3: :uhoh3:

;) I am in the online RN to BSN program at Deaconess. It took around 2 weeks for all my paperwork to be finalized....background checks, license checks, etc. Good luck....hope you hear soon!

Hi, thanks for replying. Congratulations on your acceptance to the RN-BSN program. Do you know if Deaconess sends out acceptance letters or do they call you. If I haven't had a reply in two weeks do you think that if I call them that they would tell me if I got accepted or not?

I applied for the ADN program web based. I know they only have 20 spots for the ADN online program. The hardest part of all of this is the waiting.

I kept in close contact with Elizabeth in Naperville throughout the whole process....she's great. Got a portfolio in the mail with my advisors name, things I needed to do to register for classes...etc. I'm not sure how fast they are sending out acceptance letters for the online ADN program...but, pick up the phone and call and ask about it. Good luck...and let me know how it goes for you. If you get accepted...and I am sure you will....keep in touch. I'll try to help you as much as I can.;)
