DCCC Summer 2017 Lpn-Adn

I took my NACE exam yesterday. I am curious about everyone's scores. That is the only thing they rank you on and I'm trying to get an idea of where I stand.

I am applying. I took the test on Monday with a friend and we both made an 81. I pray that I get in but I do not think that the score will be high enough.

I am taking the NACE for DCCC tomorrow at noon. How long have you all been out of LPN school and what fields do you work in now? I have been an ER nurse since graduation in 2014 and I feel I have lost a lot of what I learned. Did the NACE compare to the NCLEX?

I scored an 81 too. In the event of a tie they decide by who sent in the intent form first.

Where there a lot of psych related or medication related questions? I have went through my ATI foundations courses but wasn't sure what else to study

I took the NACE at DCCC on Tuesday, I made a 72 :/ Said I was in the average. However, wondering if they have an alternate list or if it is completely cut off at 80? I read on a post from a previous year that they had alternates in the 70s range. Hoping I still have a shot. Boyfriend telling me to have faith but its hard to seeing that so many people are trying to get in and for not many spots. I heard someone saying before the test that they were considering adding 30 spots this year for the amount of applicants this time around? I haven't seen where that is true or not? if anyone has any information that would be awesome.

From what I understand the cut off this year is 80.

I have been working in the drug and etoh rehab and correctional care. I love it. I also felt like I have lost a lot of what I have learned. This is the first time that I took the test but I also studied every day for 2 hours for 6 weeks and I still only made an 81.I pray that they increase the spots to 30 but I have not heard that. I also heard from a friend that has went though the program and passed that the last 3 years the lowest score that got into the program was an 83. I pray that an 81 will be good enough but I know their are a lot of people applying and only a few spots. Also does anyone know if the test is the same as every year or does it change?

I know a girl in the program now that had an 80 last year. Another girl I work with got in with an 82 last year. I haven't heard anything about them adding seats either.

That gives me so much hope! Did the girl that made an 80 did she do her Lpn at dcc?

I had an 82% so hopefully it is enough. I hate that this is the only ranking they use instead of looking at overalls.

I would love to know how many of the 379 are DCCC grads. If they are only taking 24 it seems like that gives them all an automatic advantage over anyone else.
