YES!! I start the 8th and am so flipping nervous! I just separated from the Air Force so I have had this month to actually spend time with my 2 year old and I'm going to miss it so much but I'm also super excited to start another chapter :). My main freak out is that I don't know anybody in the area so if he gets sent home sick from daycare I am screwed. My school is mon-fri 8-5 and if you miss more than 2 days every level (3 months) they will boot you from the program!
Hi!
Im just starting my last semester in my LPN in Calgary :). My advice is to plan ahead, get started on your papers right away and don't leave them to the last minute. Make excellent notes as you go and give them a quick 20 minute read on the weekend that way when it gets to the dreaded 'finals time' you wont be as stressed because you will know your stuff! Make a great group of friends too- I couldn't have done it without them!
Have fun, itll be over before you know it!
