Daycare suggestions for shift work please

Is there such such thing as a childcare center for shift workers? I work 12hr overnights, my fiance works 12hr days, and our parents work full time too. My main concern is the 6am-9am timeframe. Also, I need to sleep during the day. How do other NOC nurses do it?

Can you hire a baby sitter to come in ? Some major metro areas have 24/7 day care centers available but these are pretty rare. I have heard it advertised a few times.
