Day from you know where....

I work on a Cardiac IMC, still in orientation, thankfully.

Yesterday we (myself and my preceptor) discharged and admitted all 4 of our pts. Uggggg Pts holding in the ED for 20 hours, so as fast as the room was empty, we were getting report on the next one before the room was even clean.

She was a great help, good thing I wasn't already off orientation, I might have cried in the corner or said a bad word and went back to the OR.

Thanks for letting me vent, otherwise I'm loving the floor......

PS sorry this is double posted, meant for it to be here.
