Davita peritoneal dialysis start up unit with rotation sounds good because you would be learning peritoneal and hemodialysis. Also the fact that it's a start up unit may mean the opportunity to get in on something new, and the employer may be more flexible. I would just ask about how your time would be devided between the two areas. I would not want to be a nurse in a busy hemodialysis center attendiding to patients and technicians and have to take phone calls from home dialysis patients with issues at the same time. Also, you should know that peritoneal dialysis nursing will require home visits and may involve quite a bit of travel and on call responsibilities. If you don't want this, go for the FMC hemodialysis unit. Good luck.

I agree with the previous poster.
Definitely find out how your time will be divided.
