I am in Ohio. In desperate need of a career change. I've always been interested in nursing, and I never found the right time to transition into it, however I think I'm in a good place to do so now. I was looking at getting my STNA first and working a nursing home while going to school to be a nurse. However, I was researching information about dialysis for a family member when I stumbled across a job ad for DaVita. They say no healthcare experience necessary. I'm currently a paralegal. Will I have a good chance at succeeding? Is this a good idea? Has anyone been actually hired without a healthcare background?
