davita nurse patient ratio

anyone know the staff ratio of nurses to patients, i am looking to work as an lpn at a new davita clinic in Eastern Oklahoma. Any opinions if Davita is a good place to work, the 50 seat independent clinic i work at now requires you to work with one nursr and one tech per eight patients.

If I remember right, the DaVita clinic near me (in TX) said 4:1 pt to tech & 12:1 pt to Charge RN
