Dataflow horror

Greetings to you fellow nurses! I am currently working here in Saudi Arabia with a 2-year contract w/c will end on June 19, 2014. I really want to process my dataflow for the HAAD exam, however my employer won't give me an experience certificate until my last working day which has no assurance when since i might extend until the expiration of my iqama/residence permit (date of exp:August 28, 2014) or until he'll find me a replacement. I am planning to print a certificate to be signed by the medical director but without a stamp since it's with the manager (son of my employer). What worries me now is if my employer finds out about it. Will they call him personally to verify my certificate or they'll just call the clinic's telephone number? Please help me. I'm super confused. Thank you!
