Darton College Summer 2011

Hello everyone. I just applied for admissions for the summer 2011 program a couple weeks ago. Has anyone esle applied as well? If so what is your GPA and HESI score if you don't mind me asking. My gpa is a 3.0, or higher because I have grades that have not posted, and I have not taken the HESI yet. Also, I applied to the Darton College. If I don't get accepted for the summer, I'll just apply for the fall.

Hey guys, have either of you heard much about which sections of the HESI Darton is requiring? I'm scheduled to take mine in May. I've tried to contact the Nursing Dept several times, but haven't been able to get through

Hi Doodle'sMom. I've heard from others who have taken it that it will include reading, grammer, vocab, math, and A&P. Have you ordered your HESI study guide yet? Hope this helps.

Thanks! It does help! I haven't ordered it yet, I need to. I have a "cliff notes" version, but it doesn't specifically say it's for the HESI

I was there also!!! Now Im just ANXIOUSLY waiting myself!!! How was the exam for you!??!?!?! I was a nervous wreck but i think i did good enough to still have a chance!!!

Hi, I took it today too!!!!! I made an overall score of 85%. I'm so happy because I only prepared in 3 days. Well 2 and a half. Damn who am I kidding, 1 and a half days. LOL All I can say is that God has been so good to me because I have alot going on in my life. Did you all apply for the Summer class at the Albany campus as well?

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE NOT TAKEN THE TEST YET, STUDY THE RECOMMENDED STUDY GUIDE!!!!!!! READ ALL THE TIPS THAT IT HAS TO OFFER!!! So glad that I bought it, eventhough I only had a day or so to look over it.

WOW!!! thats an awesome score!!! I got an 80 overall! It was my first attempt so I am proud that I made that score! It was the HARDEST test for me:eek:!!! Happy that I did that well on my first attempt, Im still worried it's not good enough to get in!!!

Yea thats how Im feeling!!! I just hope that that the test grade was good enough to get accepted! Im just praying!!! I was suprised that the class average was 79! Do you know anyone who took it yesterday and did not do so well!???

No, I didn't know anyone there. What about you? The proctor was acting as if there were so many different tracks students could choose from. I was under the impression that it was only two for the summer: Albany or Thomasville. I over heard a lady saying they only choose 15 for the Thomasville track anyway. :cool:
