Current pay rates in Raleigh/Durham hospitals...

I am trying to find out what the current mid-range pay rates are for the Raleigh/Durham area hospitals, specifically Duke and UNC. I am considering a career switch to outpatient nursing from a non-clinical nurse role and am totally broke, so I want to go where the money is right now.
