Current Mount St. Mary's ADN students!

Hello all!

I'm currently out of state (living in North Dakota at the moment) but plan on moving to LA to attend Mount St. Mary's direct-entry ADN program in the Spring. I'm confused as to when the drug testing for the program needs to be done? Do we test before the program starts? Or before clinicals? Do clinicals start in January or at a later time? Can I give my urine test out here or will it be done when I am in California?

And, no, I don't use drugs. Of any sort!! I just feel like I'm at a sort of disadvantage being so far away and all. The ADN powerpoint seems to be really vague on a few things. I just want the clearest information as possible... wouldn't want to screw up my chances over being misinformed about something as insignificant as a drug screen.

I don't have the answer to ur question, but I do suggest that u call the program directly and ask them about it. That is the only way to ensure that u r meeting their requirements.
