Taking place on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at @ Sheraton South Hartford Hotel in Rocky Hill, the LUNG FORCE Expo is an opportunity for patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals to learn more about the latest treatments, resources and research on lung cancer and other lung diseases. The Expo includes a program for professionals from 8 AM to 4 PM (applied for 5.5 nursing continuing education credits) and a patient/caregiver program from 10 AM to 2 PM.
