CSUSM ABSN Summer 2024

Hello everyone, I am hoping to get into the CSUSM ABSN 2024 Summer Cohort. Please use this forum to share your scores and ask any questions! 

I have 35 points and have been in consideration since the Fall 2023 Cohort. Fingers crossed for this one. If not, I'll be reapplying and probably retake a couple classes to improve my score. It has been more competitive this year, the scores took a real jump.

It makes me feel better that there's a community of hopefuls just like me!

Hey! I also applied for the Summer 2024 cohort. I have 43 points, I am hoping it is enough. Anyone know when we are expected to get admission letters? Goodluck to everyone ?

I believe admissions are expected to be sent out around mid December

Does anyone know if everyone (including those who don't get an offer) gets notified via email when the first round of offers go out? Or is it more of a waiting game?

It's a waiting game unfortunately. You can also contact your Academic Advisor. Otherwise, this website has been useful because people will usually post to the forum when they have been notified

I received some new info from Admissions. They said they'll be sending out offers in the new year. So early January I'm guessing.

Just got word that admissions should go out this week.

I went to randomly check my mycsusm and it says 'conditionally admitted' next to my application. I didn't get any emails though. Does anyone know what this means!

As in through the weekend or starting next week Monday? Since this week is already pretty much over? I haven't heard anything yet

congrats, im pretty sure that means you got in!

I haven't heard anything either, check your MyCsusm and it should show you your application status. If you got in, it should say 'Conditionally Admitted'.

 My status just got changed to 'admitted'!!?
