I applied to 5 schools listed below, and wanted to know which school offers the best Pre-licensure BSN program? I also have the NCLEX pass rates...but.... yeah... Let me know what you think about it...
CSU Chico
65 took exam
80% pass
CSU Fresno
133 took exam
75.19% pass
CSU Long Beach
118 took exam
77.12% pass
CSU Sacramento
131 took exam
91.2% pass
CSU Stanislaus
21 took exam
85.71% pass

Moved your thread to the CA forum, where it is more specific and you should get better responses.
Do not focus just on the NCLEX scores, that should be far from determining which school that you attend. You also need to take into account which programs that you get accepted to.

Thank you. What else do I choose from besides NCLEX scores, location...etc.... I'm not sure which schools I might get accepted in, but I heard that some schools want you to give them an intent within 2 weeks, while some schools does not let you know until December.

They are all good schools - none of them are the perfect school. They all have slightly different focuses - but basically you'll get your BSN. I think the bigger question is where do you want to live. Living in Chico is a whole lot different than living in Long Beach. What kind of experience are you looking for?
Why not take a few days and go visit them, meet some of the instructors, talk to a few students, hang out a little. . .
Finally, I would suggest going to the school you're accepted into - they're all impacted!
