CSU Fullerton and SacState RN-BSN online

Published

Hi,

i was wondering if anyone has done the CSU Fullerton or Sacramento state online distance program for RN-BSN? I know they are at opposite ends of California. Both have clinical/lab portions that would have to be face-to-face. Does anyone know how often you would have meet for the clinical/lab ? And do you recommend either schools? They are quite cheaper in price and have the option to finish within 2 semesters full time

Have you considered CSU Dominguez Hills? I'm not sure if you WANT clinicals/labs face-to-face or not.

I wouldn’t mind going face to face. Of course as long as the actual classes are online if that makes sense. I live in a pretty central area where the commute wouldn’t be bad. I haven’t considered CSUDH, I would have to take a look into it thank you!

At CSUDH, classes are online, you have to find your own clinicals. I thought it was a great program. DM me for any questions.

I inquired about CSUF and it is 98% online based. The public health portion is what is required face to face and from what I am told, they can provide clinicals as close as possible to me. The clinicals is 1 day a week. So I am more than likely going with CSUF for several reasons and this being one of them.

Yes I spoke to the advisor today and she told me the same thing! She said they’ll find placement wherever that’s closer. Are you applying for fall 2020?
