CSU Channel Islands Goleta Spring 2021

Published

Hi All - I wanted to start a thread for Spring 2021. It is such a nerve-racking process, so I would love some support!

Where is everyone on the process? And how can we even determine our odds with the points removed from the supplemental criteria worksheet?

I emailed them that I have accepted an offer from another program, so I hope they will reach out to an alternate applicant (maybe one of you) soon ?

I haven’t received any email. Had anybody else not heard back too?

I think we didn’t get in if we didn’t receive one because at the main campus when I didn’t get in I didn’t get the email either.

I didn't get an email either :(( those of you who did get an email, would you mind sharing your stats? I am just wondering how competitive it was this year.

Overall GPA 4.0

Reqs 4.0

TEAS 86%

247 volunteer hours and current CI student

I think the TEAS scores are heavily factored in because I have a 4.0 and still was rejected from both programs (main campus).

We got past the interviews guys! Good luck to everyone, it's going to be another week of anxious waiting!

Good luck everyone ! A few of those questions were so tricky ! I didn’t think we would all be asked different ones.

Check your personal emails, I just received an acceptance!!

Hello everyone! I got chosen as an alternate.  I’ll be there for orientation and I’m keeping my fingers crossed ?

Congrats on those who received acceptance letters! I was chosen as an alternate as well. I am really holding on to hope that I am able to be apart of this program! I’ll see you guys in orientation ?

Hello,

Does anyone know if there are higher chances to get in the current program if you got in from the alternate program last year?

Good luck to everyone!
