I'm atending this Fall 2009 and thought it would be nice to meet some people if there were any that were on this website.

It seems like they were on a break down point system. Score REALLY high on your TEAS because I think this is the best way to score more points since all of your pre-requisites are done. Make sure to mention if you have done health volunteer work in the past so that you can get points. If you have done volunteer work, make sure to get a letter!!! (it's required - thats what it says)

I just saw the spring 2010 packet and it states they they are looking for the pre rec and teas exam, and it says if there is a tie with 2 students then they will go to the secondary points which is volunteer, residency, etc. If you don't mind me asking what is the avg gpa to get in for pre rec and cumulative? I am so nervous and I really want to go there. Can you tell me anything else about the program or the area there? Is it kind of quiet I live in San gabriel so I am not down there at all. Thanks for the help

I honestly don't know what the statistics are for the program. We havent had orientation yet. Other than the fact that the program is 21 months, that is all that I am aware of. I'm not from the area so I couldn't tell you how it is. You're a lot closer than me to the area. I'm opting to live in the residential halls so that I don't have to deal with the hassle of looking for a place to stay. Sorry, I can't give you more information.
