  1. How was the meet and greet? I haven't received any calls =(. I just remember them saying that they do 4-5 quick interview meets for like 15 minutes or so. that seems fast!
  2. what department did you guys apply to?
  3. I honestly don't know what the statistics are for the program. We havent had orientation yet. Other than the fact that the program is 21 months, that is all that I am aware of. I'm not from the area so I couldn't tell you how it is. You're a lot closer than me to the area. I'm opting to live in the residential halls so that I don't have to deal with the hassle of looking for a place to stay. Sorry, I can't give you more information.
  4. I'm atending this Fall 2009 and thought it would be nice to meet some people if there were any that were on this website. It seems like they were on a break down point system. Score REALLY high on your TEAS because I think this is the best way to score more points since all of your pre-requisites are done. Make sure to mention if you have done health volunteer work in the past so that you can get points. If you have done volunteer work, make sure to get a letter!!! (it's required - thats what it says)
  5. Is anyone here going to Bakerfield this fall 2009 for the 21 month nursing program?
  6. I really appreciate it Kemsil!! I did apply for the Temple ABSN for Fall 2009. I live in Northern California and also applied just through the nursing department. I was asking so much because I was afraid that I had missed something because I remember reading it carefully as to what I had to do. So, I was patiently waiting last week and nothing came and when you told me you received it on April 11, I had a feeling something had gone wrong. Low and behold, the address they mailed it to was incorrect. So I'm still crossing my fingers. I'm hoping that they sent out all the acceptance letters at one time or something so that I have a rough idea of what pool I am in but we'll see. Thanks a lot and CONGRATS on your acceptance! Mary
  7. hi kemsil, i hope you don't mind me asking so much but i wanted to ask you another thing. do you know what day the letter was dated and sent out by looking at the postage stamp on the envelope? I've been waiting forever and finally got in touch with someone and they sent my letter out to the wrong address!!! thanks a lot!
  8. Hi Kemsil, I hope you don't mind me asking but when you applied to the ABSN program at Temple did you have to apply for Temple University Undergraduate as a transfer also? or did you just fill out the application they had for the ABSN program? Please let me know when you get the chance. Thanks.
  9. Hi RNBLESSED1, Did you receive your letter yet? Where are you located? I asked last week and they said that they had sent all leters out the end of the previous week.
  10. hi kemsil, Where in california do you live and when did you receive your letter?
