Anyone started to prepare for CRNE June 2012?

you have to be a member first and undergo their assessment exam. now they have this rubricks that assesses if you are qualified to join their CRNE prep course. but i think you'll be okay since i know you'll do good in their nursing assessment test. just go to care4nurses.org and attend the info session.. but if you're taking the october exam i think they already started the prep course so the next prep course will be offered around november. best of luck! :)

do not worry, you will surely make it on your next attempt, I know it is very painful but just put yourself together and move on, weeping endureth but for a night but joy cometh in the morning, your joy will surely come in Jesus name. Just in case you don't get through with the prep course, still don't give up, I applied for it some months before the exam, but they said I was not qualified, I went ahead and studied on my own, used several study materials, did almost 5,000 practice questions over and over and got used to them, started studying 6mths to the exam gradually and intensified it 2mths to the exam, then 2wks to the exam I took vacation leave to concentrate more on my studies. I fasted and prayed more often as well because I know I cannot do it all alone and I will sincerely tell you that all these tips helped me. When I left the exam hall, I was very happy and confident of my performance but I did not relent in prayers, i prayed until i heard that the results were being mailed out. I hope all these tips will help you including your own methods of studying as well. God bless you and crown your efforts with success on your next attempt. Hey what are your strategies to study? I failed twice and I am giving for the last attempt. my weak area is nurse client and professional practice competencies...can you please suggest me how I can study to improve those 2 competencies......my mark on them is very bad........thanks

was that your 1st attempt? I failed by 1% which means if I had done 3-4 questions right, I would have passed. It was very devastating.....but now hoping to study for the next one. My weak area is nurse client relationship and professional development....can you please advise me as to how I can improve on them? I know that I didnt study enough but may be perhaps there are some books that can possibly help me practicing these two competency r/t questions ......thanks in advance.

I'm an IEN and this was my first attempt...Sorry to hear you fail by 1% only,stay positive,is the most important,I did thousand of questions,not to much theory,read carefully and understand the compendium!God help you and don't give up!
