Your focus seems on target. Check out both schools websites. It takes time to see all the information they have on the site. Also do a little research on what is a CRNA by the group that certifies them. Learn what the a doctoral degree (DNP) provides over and beyond the traditional advanced practice training.

Hey everyone!
Long post ahead so I apologize in advance. Im an ED RN with 1.5 years of experience and love ED! I currently have my Associates and need to go back to get my Bachelors. Lately I've really been considering going back to school to become an advanced practice nurse. I looked into the NP route, but it's just not for me. I've always been interested in Anesthesia and decided to make it happen. I have no ICU experience, but next month my job is giving me an opportunity to cross train in my hospital's ICU. I am over the moon excited. I plan on getting my Bachelors and ICU experience simultaneously.
Realistically speaking, I wouldn't get into CRNA school any time soon. I am okay with this, and I will continue to gain experience in the mean time. My question is, what schools here in AZ have a CRNA program? I know of Midwestern and U of A. Is any one enrolled at these schools that could give me some insight or tips? I would really appreciate it! Thank you in advance.
TL;Dr I am trying to go the CRNA route and would like insight on it from practicing CRNAs or SRNAs
