CRNA Pain Management Fellowships

I'm starting to look at post grad CRNA fellowships for pain management.  I'm trying to weigh the pros and cons of each of the programs.  There appears to be 3 programs: Texas Christian (TCU), South Florida (USF), and Middle Tennessee (MTSU).  Can someone who has attended one share their experiences?  Also, where would you find good resources for setting up an outpatient pain clinic from business and regulatory standpoints?
