Critique ASN New Grad Resume - prior LPN job exp

Hi, everyone. I'm looking for input on my resume. I haven't seen another post with similar situation. I graduated with ASN 2010, passed NCLEX-RN 2010, former LPN with job experience. I'm close to completion of my BON-approved clinical preceptorship at a very reputable hospital (I'm a graduate of a nontraditional nursing program). I want to maximize the benefit of the preceptorship and avoid any redundancy. I patterned resume from updated examples at "Wondering why you can't get hired or promoted: Resume + Interview hints" post. I want to work in a hospital. I know that med-surge is a good beginning. Further down the road I want to transition to ICU or a burn unit. Thank you in advance for looking over my resume. :nurse:
