Hi AllNurses . I will be writing the CPNRE on January 2011. My study materials are:
-Mosby's Canadian Comprehensive Review of Nursing 2nd Edition and
-The Canadian PN Exam Prep Guide 3rd Edition.
To all test takers for January 2011 (hoping that I am not the only one here), please join and we'll support each other to stay on track and keep on going. To all other members who passed the exam or knowledgeable about the CPNRE, please give some inputs. Badly needed. Thank you.
A prayer to all of us, "Lord God, our Saviour, we are asking for your guidance for the upcoming CPNRE. Help us to comprehend what we are studying and give us wisdom to pass the exam. Please Lord. In Jesus Name, Amen".
Will always keep you posted :)
I know, same here. And I said to the lady that I was scared if I failed, I wouldn't get them in time to sign up for the next exam, but she promised they'd arrive in time for that. Still, this waiting is driving me MENTAL.
Just the not knowing, you know? I want to know if I should be seeking a permanent job as a PSW or if I can get by on the casual basis I'm on now. Because I currently get daycare subsidy for my son, but that runs out soon since I'm now done school and expected to be working. But it's hard finding a permanent, full time job when they know you're just waiting on exam results! *sigh*
yea thats hard! im kinda getting screwed to waiting for the results. i got hired as a temp recently so they are waiting for my license to come in. I think everyone is paranoid they failed it was a tough exam. One half was good the other half was hard!! so I feel it can go either way. All we can do is hope for the best! :S and the ASI said i had 95-100 chance of passing but that quiz was bullsh*t, nothing like the exam way easier!

TO the ppl who have gotten results----- is it true that if you get a pass notice its in a small envelope, and if its a bigger envelope you fail?
