I was trying not to have to do one on the back. I was hoping it will look like the one in the guide book so as to keep from fliping back and forth. I printed out one and was working with that and think I found a way that works for me but I hate to get used to that and then the kardex be different.:)
Take care

A quick question or two to those that have tested before, can we write on our kardex? I have been trying to come up with a way to make my grid on my kardex.
So if we can write on our kardex does it pretty much look like what is in the CPNE study guide?
Thanks
