Anyone know specifics about the Excelsior CPNE application packet? Or can direct me to a website? I guess I can email Excelsior but thought someone here would know.

ie can we use anyone as a witness? 2 dates for MMR? Thanks.

Refresh my memory on which part needs a witness. It's hard to believe, but it's been a year since I filled the thing out. :)

Oh yeah... I think I used a family member to witness that. I don't think it really specifies anything.

and the 2 dates for MMR? had my blood drawn for antibodies. Is that enough? thanks.

Back when I filled one out, it was on the physical form and it had a space to check if the MD had determined that you were immune.

thanks. i'm just almost done with my application.

next task: i'm working on my own set of pneumonics, starting with the CE-hydration and VS. is this the next step? i've read through the binder a couple times. is there a more dedicated website to use for CPNE prep? i am planning to go to Tina's workshop when i get my test date. i'm thinking of Midwest or South...any references to others who are good at giving advice on this would be much appreciated! i feel i'm wallowing in info overload but realize i can only do one step at a time.
