Has anyone ever attended Covenant CNA School in Atlanta, Georgia?
I just want to know about other people's experiences being enrolled at this school. I went there a while back, to get CNA certified because I wanted a better job than doing retail and those kinds of jobs. And honestly, I feel like I just wasted my time, money, and self-esteem.
What did I gain out of that experience? I got certified, but no job... And definitely no connections because I think my instructor hated my guts. The only thing that happened after all this was: -1000$, no job help/connections as a CNA, my self-esteem got eviscerated... Jeez, I should have just gone to Art School for the same results.
This was horrible memory for me. I dunno how this dump of a school is still around. Horrible staff, horrible teaching, unprofessional... The only good thing this place serves as is a location for CNA certification. As long as you know your stuff and practice it, you'll pass your exams... However, I regret registering for the class... I should have just switched instructors as soon as I realized she had an awful style... My one regret.
I dunno if I'll ever become a nurse in the future, but all I know is I don't ever want to turn out like my old instructor. I've never been treated like that in my life. She's nothing but a bully, an egomaniac, and just another mean nurse who stains the nursing profession. If you're reading this Mrs. Mottley, **** YOU. You are a piece of **** of a human being.

I understand your frustration, don't give up on getting a hospital job. Try other jobs and while you are working somewhere else continue to apply. Changes are coming, everything is in time :)
