which course should I take or what should I do in order to be reinstated?

Almost graduating but got some issues. I need your advise. Years back at least 4 yrs, I worked in a senior living and one of my coworker falsefully accused me of a rape at work. I got arrested figure prints taken and investigation was done. I was not found guilty and therefore not convicted but somehow the my information was forwarded to California department of social security and I guess they are the ones who lisense the senior living facilities. So I had a guess to answers with them, unfortunately, i travelled and they kept sending me letters to appear for my case but I was not around. Finally when I come back, I found a letter from them saying that I can't be a director, a nurse or hold any position in any senior living facility lisensed by California department of social services unless I file a reinstatement. So I called them to ask what I needed to do in order to get reinstated and i was told I can take some courses and send back certificates for them to review. I therefore took online course related to sexual abuse at work and I sent certicicates to the department but I later got a letter saying that they could not approve that and I was told that I'm still excluded from any senior living lisensed by CDSS. My question is, which course should I take or what should I do in order to be reinstated? And could this be an issues to Ca BRN when I'm applying for RN lisense? I was not convicted of anything but my figure prints were take. Somebody just decided to punish me for nothing.
