Cota or RN?? Will I have a job??

I'm a middle aged women going back to school. I started looking at a two year RN program and the school told me about COTA. It sounds like something I would like but I want to be realistic. I want to come out with a job especially after seeing the price of both programs. I would love advise from someone in the field. What would you do??
