Cosmetic Nurse

I am living in New York, received my nursing license this March. I always want to pursue in cosmetic field to do botox, derma filler etc... , but i wasnt able to find a job bc I have no previous dermatology or cosmetic experiences, so I worked in a nursing home for half year to pay off my loans. After i paid off my loans, I resigned from my job and try to find a cosmetic nurse job but with no luck. For now I am not sure if I should take cosmetic laser/botox courses first or keep searching for cosmetic jobs (its very difficult to find bc all wants experiences). I want to know what is the best way to start in the cosmetic RN field, I really want to get some experiences and get my career started. Thank you so much for your help.
