Which certification is better Cos-C or HCS-O or COQS for Home Health Care/ QA?

Either certification is acceptable. COS-C has been around longer-tough exam .

I failed it but only had 2 months QA experience at the time; my colleagues told me one should have a year experience prior to attempting. Both prep courses are excellent.

DecisionHealth’s Ultimate Coding & OASIS provides the training  for the   HCS-O exam,

Both provide online and in person courses.
