Oh SORRY! I didn't mean to make you nervous. What I meant by intense is that they just don't ask the typical interview questions like "whats your strength/weakness" and as far as behavioral questions they were also a lot different than questions that I have been asked at other interviews. They weren't super hard or anything I just definitely had to come up with answers on the spot because some of the scenarios I was planning on using didn't really fit the question. If that makes any sense. But honestly don't let what I said scare you! Just take your time answering and try your best!
Hi everyone! I just came across this thread; I had interviewed for the Med Surg/ Subspecialty track on 7/11, and received a phone call with an offer for a spot in the residency yesterday at around 2PM EST, followed by an email containing salary & benefits information. So, if you haven't heard yet hang tight because calls are going out! Good luck!!
@Tbellx12 Yea I actually kinda new that they were going to call either Monday or Tuesday if you got it because I was reading on previous other treads on the website and that's what people from other cohorts had said! I was a nervous wreck until I received the phone call lol. How long did they give you to decide? I told them yes right away because this has been my dream job!

Hi everyone, I am graduating from nursing school in August 2016. I will be applying to the October 2016 critical care cohort. Any recommendations or advice about the interview process, types of questions, and interview process would be highly appreciated!!! Thank you in advance!
