Contra Costa Nursing fall 2018

Hello everyone, I have yet to see a thread for this years application period for Contra Costa. Just wanted to post to see who else out there is as nervous as I am? Also, which part of April will they notify us if we are selected?

@lala-5100 you are a close alternate if you submitted TEAS. Congrats!! I also applied to Chabot and COM.

currently #9 but i was also informed they have 12 slots reserved for those who did not pass their TEAs, but if they dont pass again, I'll have a better chance of getting in.

Has anyone heard anything recently from CCCC? Ie any movement on the wait list?

Not yet, applicants are scheduled to take TEAs the first week of June so I think we'll find out closer to then? did anyone attend the orientation yesterday???it was informative.

Does anyone know what day in June the TEAS test is being given? I am anxiously waiting to find out if I have a chance at making it into the program off of the waitlist...

I just got the call - I'm in!!!!

I was #17 on the waitlist, so hopefully those still waiting to hear will also get a call soon!

did they send you any welcome notifications or just call?

So far just the call this morning - but I was in training for work so I am going to call her back later today to further discuss.

They said that they are going to send out the welcome packet once everyone has been notified - so it seems like there are spots available for those below me on the waitlist. Good luck all!!

Congratulations @Para2RN2018!!! Did they call from a regular Contra Costa College phone number? I am now frantically awaiting a call.
