Published

Hello nursing world:D! i was sooo excited when i passed my nclex-pn in august of 2010 and became an lpn in the state of ga. Sadly, that was 6 to 7 months ago and im stil jobless:confused:.yea i applied at nursing homes ,home health , and sum hospitals but they all seem to dont want new grads at the moment.im lost right now because i dont want a another month to go pass without me planning for my future as an NP.i live in south of atlanta and considering doing a bridge program anywhere nearby by metro atlanta.the only one i seem to find was gpc in clarkson and i have a feeling there's more that meets my eyes.ANY replies regarding job leads, oppertunities, and even lpn to rn (campus only) bridge programs will be greatly appreciated.

much thanks, new getting old:confused: grad lpn:idea:

I got my license in the summer as well (in Florida) and will be relocating to Georgia soon, Im waiting for my license from the board. I have been internet hunting for jobs and for schooling opportunities as well, There doesn't see to be that many LPN bridge programs in the Atlanta area, every program that I have found with good reviews seem to be so far away. i hope someone here in the community can help us both. You are not alone
