Hi, I was contacted by the New York state nursing board for a job I was terminated from. There were claims that I didn’t document releasing restraints (I don’t have records of this and I am pretty sure I did document it) and that I didn’t do a full assessment on another patient. That being said, both patients were fine and were downgraded to less acute situations. I’m just wondering what the outcome might be. Has anyone had experience with this?
