Considering Wilmington NC

Hey everyone! I graduate in June as an rn and my bf and I are wanting to move to Wilmington! I'm hearing the pay isn't that well. I'm not sure if that is a deal breaker for us or not. I am looking for more information. Do they hire out of state? I'm from Minneapolis. Do they hire associate degrees? Where's a good place to live for 25 yr olds not wanting children anytime soon. We're very open minded. We just wanna be on the coast with no cold winters like mn! We've thought about Charleston as well but for some reason NC sounds more appealing to us. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!! Please help :)
