Considering a new career,need advice

i am an rn of 14 yrs. i am a mother of 2 and am considering a career change. i am interested in the clnc area. please tell me pros and cons honestly!!! what do you think of vm course...i see many think the vip is the best. any other courses that are cheaper and great too. what about marketing yourself? how do you now what to charge? thaks for any help......
