When interviewing, at what point do you bring up you have a consent order and restrictions etc? That it's probationary. How do you say that and when? Because I have to during any interview. It makes me so nervous! Already have anxiety. Sheesh.

I went through my qualifications, etc. When I had a good feeling, I explained that I was in a monitoring program, what led up to me self reporting, and how I'm making myself better. I never sugar coated it, I laid it all out in black and white. I also kept all emotions out of the explanation. I did what I did, I turned myself in, I was fired from my previous job because of my actions.
They then asked what I would need from them. I explained my weekly group meetings, the random screenings, and the quarterly form.
My new job works around my meetings, they know I'm the most sober nurse there LOL, and I'm honest, probably to a fault.

Well that's really good. I interviewed at one place and they were understanding. They have to run it by HR though who has to approve and sees all the requirements. I bring all that with me to the interview and show them. I just have to do some more interviews coming up and am so nervous about it.
