Hello,
I am trying to understand if anyone has used Connetics to immigrate as an RN from a foreign country. My friend, who is an IL RN license holder, has been stuck with his application process. His DS-260 was approved in 2022. This agency has not been helpful to him in getting his license endorsed to PA from IL. He has been trying really hard to connect to someone at PA BON, but to no avail. Would appreciate any feedback on how to help him move his case faster.
PS-His case manager's name is [MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME, PER TOS].

DS-260 is an Immigrant Visa Electronic Application granting a VISA to live/work in the US. It is totally separate process from obtaining a nursing license.
Check illinois BON license verification to verify if a license is active. Request a Verification of Licensure be sent to the PA BON as ILL not part of NURSYS nursing compact licenseverification.
One can apply for PA Registered Nurse license following the endorsement application.

Hope this helps. If already living in Pennsylvania, a state legislator can help smooth any application issues.
Thanks! He is based in Iraq. The agency that is filing his visa has already started the process of PA RN license endorsement, but sadly, it's stuck because he can't reach the PA BON to update his address and then do a fingerprint from his home country. 😞
He should have a PA PALS licensing account where address can be updated.
